Upon cancellation, your access to the A2Z ELD services, including Premium Services, will terminate at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be incurred after the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

  1. Hardware Purchase: If you have purchased Hardware from A2Z ELD, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the Hardware is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
  2. Subscription Services: A2Z ELD offers a refund for subscription fees within 14 days of the initial purchase date if you are dissatisfied with the services provided. Refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period.
